Passion Fruit

The juice from the fruit is often added to other fruit juices to add aroma due to its strong taste. South America is the home of the passionfruit, from where we offer frozen and aseptic single strength juice (NFC) and juice concentrate, both conventional and organic. We are sales partners for  Quicornac, the world’s largest passionfruit processor.

The passion fruit grows on a vine mainly in tropical and sub-tropical areas, and produces fruits after a 6 month crop. The two main varieties are Passiflora edulis (purple passionfruit, mainly Southeast Asia such as Vietnam) and Passiflora edulis var. flavicarpa (yellow passionfruit, mainly from South America).
